Terms of Use

This agreement applies between the Weble.TR service operated individually under the Atosweb brand (in short, the “Operator”) and the natural or legal person who uses this service (the “User”).

Service: the web-based application offered via the weble.tr domain, comprising bio link, short link and digital profile features.

Weble.TR is a service developed individually under the Atosweb brand and currently offered free of charge. It is not operated by a profit-seeking legal entity.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users under the age of 18 may open an account with the consent of a parent/legal guardian.
• The security of your account credentials is your responsibility. The Operator is not liable for damages arising from third parties gaining access to your account.
• You are legally responsible for all content in your account (username, profile information, the links you share, images).

The following content and conduct are prohibited:

• Content that constitutes a criminal offense under the law, or that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, or contains hate speech
• Any content relating to the sexual abuse or exploitation of children
• Impersonation (opening a profile in another person’s name) and fraud attempts
• Publishing URLs that host malware, phishing or unwanted software
• Sharing content that infringes copyright
• Burdening the Service with automated tools (bots), scraping it, or generating fake traffic
• Abusing the system in a way that harms another user, the Operator, or third parties

Weble.TR reserves the right to remove content that violates these rules without prior notice and to suspend or close the relevant account.

The links you add are automatically checked against malicious content via the Google Web Risk API. URLs that appear on known phishing, malware or unwanted-software lists are blocked; you will not be allowed to add them.

The Operator also maintains its own block list (“blocklist”). If a blocked URL has been blocked in error, you may object via [email protected].

The following limits apply to prevent abuse:

• A maximum of 30 links created per hour (per user)
• A maximum of 15 short links created per hour (per user)
• 120 click events recorded per minute (per IP)

These limits are for abuse protection and are far above normal usage patterns. If you reach a limit, you will automatically be able to use the feature again after the specified period.

The copyright in the content you upload to your profile (avatar, description text, the links you share) belongs to you. You grant Weble.TR a worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license to display, reproduce and distribute this content for the purpose of providing the Service.

When you close your account, this license terminates; your content is deleted from our systems within a reasonable period (excluding backups).

Weble.TR is currently offered free of charge with all of its core features. We do not charge fees or issue invoices; we make no payment requests of any kind.

In the future, certain features (e.g. verified user/Verified Badge) may be offered on a paid basis. Before any paid features are activated, these conditions will be updated and the payment/refund processes will be clearly defined. Until then, any paid flow that appears in the interface is not active/functional.

The Operator makes reasonable efforts to provide the service without interruption; however, it does not guarantee 100% availability. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or technical faults. Because the service is operated individually, provision may cease at any time; in that case we will try to notify users a reasonable time in advance.

The scope and features of the service and these conditions may be updated from time to time. You will be informed of significant changes by email or in-service notification beforehand.

The Service is provided “as is”. The Operator is not responsible for the accuracy of user content, the security of third-party links, or whether the service is fit for a particular purpose.

Because the service is offered free of charge, the Operator’s liability for indirect or direct damages arising from the use of the service is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

The accounts of users who violate these conditions may be suspended or closed without warning. A user may close their account at any time via the dashboard.

When an account is closed, your profile information and content are deleted within a reasonable period; complete removal from backups may take longer.

The following graduated sanctions apply to violations. Depending on the severity of the violation, an admin may skip these steps; a single serious violation (unlawful content, harassment, fraud, etc.) may result directly in a permanent ban or account deletion.

• 1st violation — 7-day suspension. The account is temporarily suspended; once the period expires, the account is automatically reactivated.
• 2nd violation — 30-day suspension. A repeated violation by the same account; once the period expires it is automatically reopened, but the profile and content continue to be monitored.
• 3rd and onward — permanent ban. By admin decision the account is permanently suspended; in advanced cases account deletion may also come into play.

Every suspension decision and its duration is notified by email. For objections or explanations, [email protected] is always open.

This agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise.
